- Express Delivery (next working day): £6.50 flat-rate (to mainland UK)
There is usually no tracking with standard delivery. Standard delivery to Highlands and Islands may take 1-2 days longer.

We can sometimes offer an express service to 'Highlands & Islands', for example, using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please contact us for a quotation.

We regret that we are unable to send any orders to North America for insurance reasons.
We are pleased to be able to offer a gift-wrapping service for your presents, for £3.50 per item. We can also offer gift messaging, without gift wrapping, for free.
Please include your gift message when checking out.
With our gift wrapping service the gift message will be written on a gift card and attached to the gift parcel. With the free gift messaging service (ie. gift wrapping not selected) the message will be printed or written on a slip of paper and included with the parcel.
Unfortunately some bulky courier items are too big to be gift wrapped.
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs are a fixed cost and cannot be returned unless your goods are damaged or faulty when we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us, up to a maximum amount of 4.41 GBP (for a Royal Mail standard parcel). Please contact us first before sending back faulty goods. We can then book a courier ourselves if your return is going to weigh more than 2kg. Please pack the items back in the parcel, attach a copy of the invoice and include a brief description of the reason for the return and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Maestro.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

How to Order
The Farm Toys Online website has secure ordering and we accept most major credit and debit cards. However, if you would prefer not to use your credit card on the website you can prepare your order online, then click the Pay by Cheque option. You can then send a cheque to the address below or call us and we can take your credit card details over the phone.

Cheques should be made out to Farm Toys Online. Please remember to write your cheque guarantee card number on the back of the cheque.
Please remember to supply a daytime telephone number when ordering so that we can contact you quickly in case of a query.
