Delivery
Farm Toys Online aims to hold stock of all styles and sizes of the products on the website. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock and if we are unable to fulfil an order we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund.
Stock permitting, all orders are usually despatched within 1 working day of being accepted, to arrive with UK customers within five working days. If you need an item quicker please use our express delivery service - if you need it for a particular event or superfast let us know and we will do our best to help you. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives.

UK Delivery Charges
Super Saver Delivery (3-5 working days):
Sent via Second Class Royal Mail post or equivalent courier service (depending on the size and weight of the order and the delivery postcode).
Standard Delivery (1-3 working days):
Sent via First Class Royal Mail post or equivalent courier service (depending on the size and weight of the order and the delivery postcode).
Express Delivery (next working day):
Next working day delivery to mainland UK. Orders need to be placed BEFORE 12 NOON Monday - Friday to be shipped that same day. Sometimes we can ship orders placed after 12 noon, but it is NOT guaranteed. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays). We use either Parcelforce24 or Special Delivery. A signature will be required on delivery.
Non-UK mainland express deliveries will usually take 1-2 working days (some very remote places will take longer), depending on location. Small orders can be sent via Special Delivery which can still be a next working day service (eg. to Northern Ireland, and other places) but if you need to be sure, we would advise you call us on 0844 3510032 to discuss your express delivery to a non-mainland address.
We are flexible and if you have a really urgent order and it is after 12 noon, please call us and we will try our best to help.
For Saturday deliveries and timed services (pre-9am, pre-midday etc), please call us on 0844 3510032 and we will be able to give you the cost depending on the item required.
Highlands & Islands of Mainland UK
Depending upon the products you order, there may be a surcharge for courier delivery. Should this apply, we will contact you upon receipt of your order to confirm the details.
Overseas Delivery
We can accept online orders via our website for a number of overseas destinations. We can also generally ship to any country in the world, apart from to the USA and Canada. Please email for a quote.
Gift Wrapping
We are pleased to gift-wrap your presents for you for £3.50 per item. If you send us a gift card we can include it in the parcel or we can write one for you.
Returns Policy
You can return your order for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange providing goods are in a re-saleable condition. Postage costs are a fixed cost and cannot be returned unless your goods are damaged or faulty when we will refund the full cost of returning the product to us, up to a maximum amount of 4.41 GBP (for a Royal Mail standard parcel). Please contact us first before sending back faulty goods. We can then book a courier ourselves if your return is going to weigh more than 2kg. Please pack the items back in the parcel, attach a copy of the invoice and include a brief description of the reason for the return and send it back to:

When returning items we strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of posting from the Post Office, as we will not accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Payment and Taxes
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch & Maestro.
Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling, and include VAT at the current rate. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

How to Order
The Farm Toys Online website has secure ordering and we accept most major credit and debit cards. However, if you would prefer not to use your credit card on the website you can prepare your order online, then click the Pay by Cheque option. You can then send a cheque to the address below or call us and we can take your credit card details over the phone.
