When will my order arrive?

Our Customer Services team are unable to confirm a specific date or time of delivery and are unable to investigate the location of your order whilst it is in transit within the delivery time frame. We are also unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been shipped. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

What if I am not home to receive my parcel?
If you download the Royal Mail or Parcel Force app you'll be able to set your delivery preferences. You can choose to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour, Post Office or left in a preferred safe place for a more convenient delivery. Our Customer Services team are unable to do this for you.

How late does a delivery have to be for a refund?

You're entitled to a refund if an item isn't delivered within 30 days. The delivery date given to you is an estimated delivery date, not a guaranteed date.

How much is shipping?
Our shipping price is displayed at our checkout after you have provided the delivery address and before you pay.

Can you explain the scales / sizes of your toys?

Have you a physical store?
We operate from a warehouse rather than a high street store.

Can I collect from you?
You can collect from our warehouse in south Somerset, UK. Customer collection is available as a free shipping option at our checkout.

Do you ship to the USA?
We don’t I’m afraid, for insurance reasons.

Do you price match?
We don’t. We focus on fair prices and great customer service.

Are your toy tractors made from metal or plastic?
It varies. Where possible, we try to indicate this on the individual product pages. Typically Britains and Siku are a combination of plastic and metal, whereas Bruder is mainly robust plastic, for example.

Do you offer free returns?
If the product is simply unwanted, you will be required to pay for the return postage. Please see our returns page.

Why is shipping more expensive to Northern Ireland / Scottish highlands?
Larger orders require a courier and these are much more expensive to UK ‘highlands and islands’. Smaller orders can be sent with Royal Mail and then our shipping prices are no more expensive than for the rest of the UK.

Can you do Saturday delivery?
Yes, on request, but it is a lot more expensive. Please email us.
