Service Update

We regret to inform you that our premises were affected by flooding due to severe weather conditions in Somerset on Monday 4th December. This unforeseen event has disrupted our operations, and unfortunately, it has impacted the dispatch of orders.

We want to assure you that despite this setback, we are working very hard to get back up and running. We are optimistic about regaining access to our premises early next week. Once we're back on track, we'll swiftly process and dispatch all pending orders.

We understand the anticipation and excitement of receiving your purchases and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging time. Your support of our small business means a lot to us, and we are grateful for your ongoing trust and loyalty.

Please bear with us as we aim to resume normal operations. Rest assured, we are committed to ensuring that all orders are fulfilled before Christmas.

UK DELIVERY

We ship to all parts of the UK, including Highlands & Islands. 

  • Our standard delivery charge to mainland UK is £4.50 for small orders and it increases to a maximum of £6.95 for larger orders.
  • The total delivery cost is displayed at our checkout before you pay.
  • Express delivery is available to mainland UK for £8.95 (excludes Highlands & Islands).
  • Express delivery, on orders placed before 3pm, should arrive within 1-2 working days (Monday - Friday). So, if you place an order at 5pm on Thursday, the order should be delivered on the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • UK Highlands and Islands standard delivery is the same price as mainland UK for smaller orders. It is higher for larger orders because couriers charge us a lot more for these delivery locations.
  • A few of our larger products can not be sent to Highlands & Islands addresses. If this is the case, it is mentioned on the product page.

Local Collection

If you would like to pick up your order here at Farm Toys Online, located at

Unit 4 Lopen Business Park, Mill Lane, Lopen, Somerset, TA13 5JS.

All you need to do is select PICK UP when checking out. Orders are usually ready the next working day, please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
