Please refer to our delivery page. Our team is unable to confirm a specific date or time of delivery and cannot investigate the location of your order while it is in transit within the delivery timeframe. We are also unable to cancel or amend orders after they have been shipped. We apologise for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
Some of our couriers will provide a tracking link, which will be included in your delivery confirmation email once your order is handed over to the courier.
Increased demand during peak times, such as Christmas, may have a slight impact on our dispatch and courier times, causing orders to take longer than usual to arrive. You can find estimated delivery times on our Delivery Page. If you have already placed an order, the stock has been allocated to you, and we will notify you via email as soon as your order is dispatched. We appreciate your patience.
